Starlight is a gorgeous 45 lb girl with a beautiful heart and an estimated birthday of 1/26/20. She's a Mountain Cur x Staffordshire Terrier mix who is gentle, affectionate, and loves nothing more than hugs and kisses from her humans. Starlight and her best friend Moonbeam were rescued from the streets just before a Texas freeze. She had a painful skin infection and was very underweight, but now she is happy and healthy and ready to find her forever home. She is also very patient with other dogs and would fit right in with any family.

Ideal Home

Starlight would thrive in a home where she can receive plenty of affection and reassurance. She is dog-friendly and would likely do well with other well-behaved canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Starlight is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She was treated for a skin infection and was underweight upon rescue, but she has made a full recovery.

Training & Support

Starlight is kennel and potty trained. She is known to be patient with other dogs.

Transporation

Starlight is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can take her to a variety of pickup locations in nearby towns or states. We coordinate with multiple ground transport services that operate weekly or bi-weekly. You will be able to track the transport van using the Life360 app and receive updates along the way.
