Monica

Monica is a spunky and sweet Coonhound mix, around 1-2 years old and weighing 45 lbs. She's an energetic and playful girl who loves to run! Her affectionate nature shines through, but she does have a lot of energy that requires plenty of stimulation to keep her happy and thriving. This is quite typical for hounds! An active family that enjoys long walks or runs would be a perfect match for Monica.

Ideal Home

An active family who will provide plenty of exercise and mental stimulation would be wonderful for Monica. She gets along well with other dogs, but she does have some food assertiveness. A meet-and-greet with any resident dogs is recommended, and separate feeding is a must to ensure everyone's comfort.

Ongoing Health

Monica is spayed and up-to-date on vaccines, de-worming, and heartworm testing. She is microchipped.

Training & Support

Monica is highly motivated by food, which will make training a breeze! She does need some work on not jumping up to greet people and some basic manners training, but it's nothing extensive.
