Benny is a 4-4.5-year-old neutered male Australian Cattle Dog mix, weighing between 45-50 pounds. He's an incredibly sweet and playful boy who absolutely loves the water and has a fun-loving personality. Benny is up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, crate trained, and fully potty trained. He found himself at a shelter through no fault of his own, but his previous adoption ended due to improper introductions with another male dog. In his current environment, he plays very well with other medium to large dogs, both male and female, and has even been known to step in as a peacemaker when he notices tension between other dogs. Cats are unknown. Benny rides well in the car and doesn't experience separation anxiety when left home alone. He would be happy as an only dog or with a canine companion who is compatible with him. While he enjoys a good splash in the pool, his ultimate passion is frisbee – he can leap and catch it mid-air for hours! He's a smart, handsome dog who would truly thrive in an active and playful home. Benny has a medium energy level; he's not hyper, but he does love to run, jump, and engage in fun activities. This adorable, medium-sized guy is ready to find his forever home!
