Meet Sage — a calm, resilient girl with a heart ready to heal

Sage came to the shelter after a good Samaritan found her wandering a store parking lot. She arrived covered in abrasions, fleas, and puncture wounds, but even in rough shape, her gentle spirit shone through. This sweet girl is the definition of resilient.

Sage has a calm, loving personality and absolutely soaks up attention and cuddles. She keeps her kennel super clean, has wonderful leash manners, and enjoys taking things slow and steady during her yard time. She’s also a big fan of treats and takes them with excellent manners.

Sage is curious about other dogs, and once she’s fully healed, she’ll have the chance to meet potential dog friends. She hasn’t been with us long, but she’s already shown us what a well-rounded, affectionate pup she truly is.

Sage is up to date on vaccinations and will be spayed in the near future. Now she just needs a family who will give her the safe, loving home she’s always deserved.
