Gizmo is a sweet 1.5-year-old, 25lb Spaniel/Beagle mix who is looking for a loving forever home. She can be a bit shy and timid when she first meets new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes a devoted and affectionate companion. Gizmo absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a canine sibling to learn from and play with. She's doing well with her crate training and is mostly housebroken, though she does best when she isn't left for extended periods. Gizmo is also discovering the joy of toys and enjoys cuddling with her favorite people. She has shown to be good with older children and is still learning how to interact with very young ones. Gizmo is a wonderful girl who simply needs a patient and loving family to help her blossom.

Ideal Home

Gizmo needs a secure, fenced yard to help her continue her leash walking training and a canine companion to keep her company and build her confidence.

Ongoing Health

Gizmo's adoption fee covers all her vetting, including spay surgery, a heartworm test, vaccinations, deworming, flea prevention, a microchip, and a wellness exam.

Training & Support

Gizmo is learning to leash walk and is still getting used to toys. She needs a patient owner who can help her build confidence.
