Vera is a young, female Husky mix who was sadly abandoned on what should have been her first birthday. She was found in a Texas kill shelter, scared and in pain, with blood in her urine. Despite her difficult start, Vera's spirit remained unbroken. We saw her will to live and fought to bring her to safety. Now, Vera is healthy, vibrant, and ready to find a loving home where she'll never be given up on again. She's craving the warmth, hope, love, and safety she's never known.
