Kamoku & Kasumi

Kamoku and Kasumi are a bonded pair of dogs who were surrendered to our care when their beloved owner could no longer care for them. They've shared holidays and life's moments for over a decade, as evidenced by a wonderful collection of holiday photo cards. When separated, Kamoku lost his appetite and Kasumi became inconsolable, showing just how deeply connected they are. Together, they are a mellow and affectionate duo who coexist peacefully with other pets. Kamoku is a 14-year-old, 17 lb Dachshund mix, and Kasumi is a 5-year-old, 38 lb Cairn Terrier mix who is working towards a goal weight of 22 lbs.

Ideal Home

Kamoku and Kasumi are looking for a home where they can continue to be together and receive the love and attention they deserve. They are good with kids, cats, and dogs.

Ongoing Health

Kasumi is working towards a healthy weight.

Training & Support

Kamoku and Kasumi are generally mellow and affectionate. They are reported to be house-trained.
