Hank

Hank is one of 11 pups we rescued from a challenging situation. This sweet boy is about 11 months old and, like his siblings, can be a little nervous when separated from his littermates. With a little patience, he quickly blossoms and reveals his truly affectionate nature. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body and is one of the sweetest dogs we've had the pleasure of caring for. Hank is a Treeing Walker Coonhound mix and rides well in a car, though he might need a little encouragement to hop in at first. He is fully vaccinated and neutered.

Ideal Home

Hank would thrive in a home that understands his need for patience as he adjusts to being separated from his litter. While he gets along with other dogs, his need for a calm transition means a patient and loving environment is key.

Hank may be a bit nervous when separated from his littermates, so patience and positive reinforcement will be key to helping him feel secure. He is not house-trained.
