Zeva

Zeva is a 10-11 year old female German Shepherd who is spayed and up to date on her shots. She has been deeply loved, but her owner is 81 years old and battling worsening leukemia, and she is no longer physically able to care for her. She has even had a fall because Zeva is a larger dog. This is absolutely no fault of Zeva's - it is simply a heartbreaking change in her owner's health and strength. We are looking for either a foster or forever home for Zeva as soon as possible. Here's what we know about her: -Sweet senior girl -Good with other dogs -Spayed -Up to date on vaccines -Has not been around many cats or children, so her temperament with them is unknown Because Zeva is a senior, we know finding placement may be harder, but she deserves a soft place to land and a family who will love her through her golden years.
