Cash is ready for walks, naps, and a family to love.
Cash is a 2-year-old Blue Tick Coonhound mix, weighing about 65 lbs. He's a confident, social, and loving boy with a big heart and a goofy personality, offering the perfect balance of adventure buddy and couch nap partner. He truly enjoys being around people and is always ready for his next walk, game of fetch, or snack break. Cash makes fast friends, greeting everyone with a happy, eager attitude. He's energetic and playful but also knows how to relax and settle in for well-earned downtime after exercise, making him an active best friend by day and a nap enthusiast by afternoon.
Ideal Home
Cash does well with children and enjoys being part of the action. While he enjoys other dogs, he doesn't necessarily need another dog to be happy and could live with a dog with proper introductions. He would also thrive as someone's one-and-only adventure companion. Because he's a smart, active hound with a high prey drive, Cash will need a home committed to structured exercise and continued training. He'd do best in a home with a securely fenced yard where he can safely stretch his legs and explore. No cats for this handsome guy. We recommend homes with children 10 years and over.
Ongoing Health
No specific health conditions are mentioned.
Training & Support
Cash is mostly potty trained and crate trained, though he may whine a little at first. He's learning his leash manners and can pull occasionally but is very manageable with consistency and gentle guidance. He responds well to positive reinforcement and enjoys learning when treats are involved. He will need a home committed to structured exercise and continued training.
