I'm Phil, a sweet boy with the most adorable Gremlin ears that rarely go down! I'm not entirely sure how I ended up here, but I've had quite the adventure and am so grateful for the love and care I've received. Now, I'm ready to give back to a wonderful family! I'm still learning and growing, but I'm eager to become your loyal companion.
Ideal Home
My ideal home would be one where I can be the only dog, as I do enjoy all the attention. I'd love a home with plenty of comfy spots for me to relax and watch the world go by, or to snuggle up close. I also enjoy being with my people and am an excellent co-pilot for road trips!

I'm a healthy boy with no specific health concerns to report at this time.
Training & Support
I'm a smart cookie who loves to learn, especially when treats are involved! I'm crate-trained and sleep soundly in my crate at night. I'm working on my confidence and learning to be patient when you leave, but I promise I'll always come back to you. I'm a pro at sitting and am brushing up on skills like "leave it" and "stay." Boundary training and heeling are also in progress. One of my favorite things is leaning against you to share the love, and a gentle "uh-uh" is usually enough to let me know if I'm being a little mischievous. I haven't chewed or destroyed anything in the house, and I'm working on bell training for potty breaks. I'm also learning to ask permission by looking to my people, which is a big step in living a good life! I'm not meant to be every dog's friend, but with slow introductions, I'm sure I could make some canine companions. I'm not quite sure what to do with toys yet, but I do find squeaky ones amusing.
