Meet Roscoe! This sweetheart with a heart every bit as big as his goofy grin is ready to find the family he has been waiting for after getting a second chance at life. Before coming into rescue, Roscoe spent his days making the best of things on his own, finding comfort in a blanket laid out by a kind construction worker. He was eventually brought to safety and given the care he needed. Today, Roscoe is kennel trained, potty trained, wonderful with kids, and gets along great with other dogs. He has an easygoing, affectionate personality and loves being part of whatever his people are doing. Whether it's a walk, a weekend adventure, or a lazy afternoon on the couch, Roscoe is simply happy to be by your side. More than anything, Roscoe is ready for a home of his own, a soft bed, a family to love, and someone to share life's adventures with. Ideal Home
Roscoe is wonderful with kids and gets along great with other dogs, making him a fantastic addition to many families.
Ongoing Health
Roscoe does have a small heart murmur that is being monitored by his veterinarian, but it doesn't slow him down one bit. He continues to enjoy life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and plenty of tail wags. While he may need medication later in life, he's currently doing great and focusing on what he does best—loving his people. He has completed heartworm treatment and received treatment for a skin condition. He has also been neutered.

Transportation
Roscoe is currently in his foster home in Houston, Texas. He is available for transport to many locations all across the country. His adoption fee of $600 includes the transport fee.
