Hanna

Hanna is a sweet approximately two-year-old, 14-pound girl who was a stray in Mexico. She's a bit shy when you first meet her, but she warms up quickly and loves to be around people! Hanna does well with other small dogs her size, but we're not sure how she would do with cats.

Ideal Home

Hanna is a sensitive soul who observes the world around her. She'd thrive in a calm, quiet environment where she can truly blossom. Because she experiences anxiety when left alone, she would do best with a family where someone is home most of the time. She's looking for a home with children ages 9 and up who are already accustomed to being around dogs. Hanna would also do best in a home without shared walls.

Hanna is deaf, which means she experiences the world in a unique way.

Training & Support

Hanna is currently working on crate and house training. She finds pottying on a leash challenging, especially in the winter, so a fenced yard or the use of puppy pads might be beneficial.

Transporation

Hanna is currently in Mexico, and we are working on transporting her to the United States. We rotate around the cities with adoption events each Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm in Burnsville, Cottage Grove, and Forest Lake. Please inquire if she will be attending an event near you.
