Meet ALVIN!

Alvin is a charming 4-year-old Dachshund mix who weighs around 24 lbs. He's looking for a loving home where he can be the center of attention and shower his family with affection. Alvin had a rough start, but he's hopeful for a brighter future and a family to cherish him. He absolutely adores people and can't get enough of lap time and belly rubs. Alvin would make a wonderful companion for binge-watching sessions, a comforting presence after a long day, and a pleasant walking buddy. He's eager to show his gratitude to the family who chooses him.

Ideal Home

Alvin would do best in a home with calmer, older children. He generally gets along with other dogs, but he can sometimes be a bit of a curmudgeon and may get snippy if they bother him. He really thrives when he receives plenty of love and attention!

Ongoing Health

Alvin is up-to-date on all his vet care, is heartworm-negative, has been neutered, is microchipped, and is current on his heartworm and flea/tick preventatives.

Training & Support

Alvin can be a bit temperamental with other dogs, so a patient owner who understands his need for space will be key. He's eager to please and would love to be your devoted companion.
