Luna Lovegood Blue is a year and a half old, approximately 50 lbs, and a beautifully affectionate pittie mix. She's a true shadow, always wanting to be by your side, but in a gentle and loving way. Luna is playful, dog-friendly, and ready to become your most loyal companion. She came to us from a dedicated foster home where she has truly blossomed, showing off her sweet and devoted personality. She enjoys being involved in whatever you're doing and is also content to entertain herself with her favorite chew toys. Luna has lived harmoniously with another dog and has also done well with children of all ages in social settings. She takes a moment to assess new people but quickly warms up, eager for affection and connection.
Ideal Home
Luna would thrive in a home where she can be an integral part of the family. While she does well with children and other dogs, she is still working through some separation anxiety, so a home where she won't be left alone for extended periods would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
Luna is a healthy girl. She is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations and deworming, and has been spayed. She is microchipped and will receive a 12-month heartworm preventative injection.
Training & Support
Luna is crate trained and settles well in her crate. She is working on her separation anxiety and is making great progress with routine and structure. She has the basics of leash walking down but will benefit from continued practice to help refine her puppy-like eagerness.

Transporation
Luna is currently located in Texas. We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
