Danish is a 3-year-old, 30 lb gentle soul who got her second chance and is so ready for her forever family. Danish's story could have ended, but thanks to Open Fields Rescue, she was saved and has been quietly blossoming ever since. She is sweet, soft, sensitive, and deeply loving. She arrived unsure of the world, but with patience and the help of the resident dogs, she has slowly learned how to trust, play, and just be a dog again. She has especially bonded with her human foster siblings, especially a 14-year-old, following her around, seeking comfort, and showing her most confident self.

Ideal Home

Danish would love a fenced-in yard where she can run, explore, and feel safe. She thrives with other dogs and gains confidence from canine friends. She is great with older children who are gentle and respectful. A quieter neighborhood would help her continue to bloom.
