LOUIE- Needs a forever home

Meet handsome Louie! This sweet boy was adopted from us when he was younger, but unfortunately, he's finding it a bit challenging to be around toddlers. With a new baby on the way in his previous home, Louie is looking for a new adventure. He'd be a perfect companion for an older couple or anyone seeking a loyal friend to share car rides, trips up north, relaxing afternoons in the yard, and simply enjoying life together. Louie is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, on monthly heartworm preventative, and is happily house and crate trained. He truly deserves a quieter environment where he can finally unwind and embrace his golden years.

Ideal Home

Louie's perfect home would be a quiet one, ideally with an older couple or someone looking for a devoted companion. He needs a completely enclosed, physically fenced yard to keep him safe and secure. Please note, Louie should not live with small dogs or cats.

Ongoing Health

Louie is neutered and up-to-date on all his vaccinations. He is also on monthly heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Louie is house and crate trained. We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend one obedience class (a 6-week session) outside the home to continue their training journey.

• All dogs stay with us until they find their forever homes.
• We do not do same-day adoptions.
• A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and to see how they interact with your dog(s) and/or cat(s).
• You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs.
• Louie's adoption fee is $300.
