He was rescued from an area in Houston, TX known for being a dumping ground for dogs, but a kind Samaritan found him and brought him to safety. Charlie is an active pup who loves playing with other dogs and is a huge fan of a good game of fetch. He's eager to join in on any adventures you have planned! He's also learned some fun tricks and is very motivated by treats – he'll do just about anything for a yummy snack!
