Kara- IN FOSTER

Kara is a mature, yet still silly, athletic, and adventurous adult female mixed breed dog. She is the perfect hiking companion, always excited to get out and about. After a few minutes outside, she is calm and relaxed on leash. Kara understands and follows voice commands, and waits politely for people and dogs to pass while on the trail. In the car, she loves to ride with her chin on your shoulder. She enjoys playing fetch with a tennis ball and gets frequent zoomies. Kara is quiet and can be reserved when she first meets people, but once she feels comfortable, she enjoys their company and being petted, often gifting her humans with a lean or a sweet kiss.

Ideal Home

Kara would be an amazing addition to a family with older kids. She prefers to be the only dog in the household.

Kara is house-trained and knows basic commands. She is affectionate but not needy.
