He and his brother were surrendered to a high-kill shelter in Texas but have been rescued and are now thriving. He's up-to-date on vaccinations and has been neutered, making him all set for his new beginning. Max can be adopted separately or with his brother, Bailey, if you're looking for a dynamic duo!
