Beauregard the 4th

Meet Beauregard the 4th, a charming 12+ year old chihuahua mix with a heart of gold. Beau came to us when his beloved owner had to move into a nursing home. He lived a wonderful life with his owner and is now ready to be spoiled in his golden years. Beau is blind, but navigates his surroundings with confidence and ease. He's a sweet, easygoing boy who is friendly and happy, and he absolutely adores soft, cozy beds. He's also a pro at crate training! We believe he is potty trained, and we’re hopeful he’ll continue this in his new home. Beau enjoys the company of people and other calm, gentle dogs.

Ideal Home

Ongoing Health

Beauregard the 4th is blind but gets around very well. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Beauregard the 4th is assumed to be potty trained and does great in a crate. He is dog-friendly, though he prefers people and calm dogs.

Transporation

Beauregard the 4th is located in South Carolina, but transport to the Northeast is available weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new companion.
