Gideon is a 2-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog with a warrior spirit and a gentle heart. He is shy and not very outgoing, but with patience and love, he will slowly come out of his shell. Gideon is demodex positive, which is not contagious, and heartworm positive.

Gideon will thrive in a calm, patient foster home where he can grow confident at his own pace.

Ongoing Health

Gideon is demodex positive (not contagious) and heartworm positive. He will need ongoing medical care and medicated baths. He doesn’t mind the baths and is very cooperative during treatment.
