Meet Paddy! This 6-year-old, approximately 45-lb Lab/Hound mix is a true couch potato and a professional snuggler. Paddy's superpowers include a wonderfully loving temperament, an uncanny ability to be the ultimate cuddle companion, and a personality that brings joy to everyday life. He's a curious soul, always engaged with the world around him, especially when it comes to squirrels and bunnies, which he takes very seriously on walks!
Ideal Home
Paddy would love a home where he can enjoy cozy couch naps and spend quality time with his humans. He's a keen observer of neighborhood wildlife and enjoys keeping a watchful eye.
Ongoing Health
Paddy is neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and has been dewormed. He was treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination.
Training & Support
Paddy is still learning some important skills. He can get quite excited when he spots squirrels or bunnies, so he'll need continued training to help him stay calm and focused on walks. He's also working on kitchen manners, as he might investigate the counter if something smells particularly good! While it was initially thought he might not do well with other dogs, he hasn't shown reactivity on walks and often doesn't pay them much attention. However, since he hasn't had many close interactions, slow and thoughtful introductions will be key to ensure he makes canine friends safely.
