Meet Jasper – a charming 5-year-old Papillon/Shih Tzu mix with a big personality! He's fun, outgoing, and loves being the center of attention. Jasper enjoys playing and interacting with both dogs and people, bringing joyful energy wherever he goes. He's truly the life of the party and will make a wonderful companion for a lucky family.

Ideal Home

Jasper thrives on interaction and would love a family that can give him plenty of attention. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Jasper has a grade 4 heart murmur, but despite this, he remains happy, social, and full of life. All dogs through Wags receive medical care before adoption, including being spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate), fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, maintained on heartworm prevention, treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as needed.

Training & Support

As with many rescue dogs, Jasper may need patience and consistency in his new home, especially with potty training, which should be assumed to be in progress unless otherwise stated.

Transporation

Jasper is currently being fostered in Adair County, KY. Transport is available for approved adopters to Greenwood, Indiana; Wilmington, Ohio; and Washington, Pennsylvania, after application approval, deposit payment, and signing a transport agreement. More details can be found at wags.com/transport.
