Momma

Meet Momma, a sweet and affectionate Black Mouth Cur mix who is about 1 year old and weighs 44 lbs. Momma was found alone and starving with a painful skin infection, but her gentle spirit and loving heart always shone through. Since being rescued, she has blossomed into a happy, healthy girl with a beautiful coat, endless tail wags, and a contagious smile.

Momma loves to relax, especially by chilling in a kiddie pool, and enjoys cuddling with her favorite people. She is also great with children who love to give her back scratches and kisses. Momma has been a calm and friendly presence at adoption events, unfazed by crowds. She is a loyal companion who will be your shadow and your snuggle buddy.

Training & Support

Momma is kennel trained and potty trained. She is also eligible for discounted training sessions with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training if booked within 30-90 days of adoption.

Transportation

Momma is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can be arranged to your state or a neighboring state. There are ground transports that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Adopters can track the transport using the Life360 app and will receive updates along the way.
