He settles in quickly and his favorite place is often right by your side, enjoying some quality cuddle time. Bud is a healthy boy who is neutered, vaccinated, and up to date on all preventions.

Training & Support

Bud is fully housebroken and crate trained for up to four hours. He's also wonderfully polite with other dogs and plays beautifully, showing good understanding of their cues. While he can get a little excited and pull on leash when he sees another dog, he is very redirectable and eager to please, making continued leash training quite manageable. He has also shown a gentle and friendly nature with children. Bud appears to be mostly cat-friendly, though slow introductions and supervision are recommended as he may occasionally get playful and give chase. Bud is still building confidence with car rides and can get a little anxious, but he is making progress with patience and positive experiences.

Transportation

Bud is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. He can be transported to an approved adopter. Transports run every few weeks, and he will be placed on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
