Daisy

Meet Daisy, a sweet girl who has stolen the hearts of many volunteers. With her adorable "wiggle butt," she'd much rather snuggle than break a sweat. When it's playtime, you'll find her zooming past everyone to dive onto the comfy cots for some much-deserved belly rubs! Daisy is a senior, female Pit Bull Terrier mix who is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed. After nearly 5 years in a boarding facility, Daisy is ready to leave that life behind and find a calm home where she can relax on a cozy couch.

Ideal Home

Daisy can be a bit shy when meeting new people, so she would do best with gentle and soft-spoken friends who take their time getting to know her. While she is selective with her dog and kitty pals, she has had positive experiences with both in the past. Daisy is considered a "Potentially Dangerous Dog" and must live outside the city limits of Wichita.

Ongoing Health

Daisy is up-to-date on vaccinations and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Daisy is noted as being selective with dog and kitty pals, so continued positive reinforcement and slow introductions will be beneficial.
