Sandy is the definition of sweet innocence! This gentle soul radiates calmness and melts hearts with her soulful eyes. Sandy is a bit shy at first but once she warms up, she’ll be your most loyal best friend, showing her affection with subtle lean-ins and tiny steps closer to you for love. She has so much love to give and can’t wait to share it with her forever family.

Ideal Home

Sandy thrives in a home with at least one other dog, as this helps her build confidence. She's also looking for a family with a secure, fenced yard to safely explore as she settles in. Due to her skittishness with sudden movements, she'd do best in a home with older, respectful children who can give her the space she needs.

Ongoing Health

Sandy is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable. She has also been tested for heartworm and treated if needed.

Training & Support

Sandy is fully crate-trained and 100% potty-trained. She walks beautifully on a leash, is non-reactive to common distractions, and enjoys short car rides. While she's not treat-motivated by much, Colby Jack cheese is her irresistible weakness! She's quiet and rarely barks, making her a peaceful companion.
