SKIP (Handsome, Sweet, Playful, Active, Loves Water--SEE NEW VIDEO)

Hi there! I'm Skip, a handsome, sweet, and playful 4-month-old Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix who currently weighs 25 pounds. My estimated birthdate is November 19, 2025. I was found huddled under some brush with my brothers after my original family left us behind, but thankfully, a kind couple rescued us and brought us to safety! I'm incredibly grateful for this second chance and eager to find my forever family.

One of my favorite things in the world is water! I absolutely love splashing in my puppy pool and snorkeling for fallen leaves. I have a unique look with a wavy coat on my back, longer legs, and adorable one-ear-up, one-ear-down look. My foster family thinks I might have some Anatolian Shepherd or Great Pyrenees in me due to my dew claws and longer legs.

I'm a smart pup and already crate-trained and doing well with house training. I walk nicely on a harness and ride quietly and calmly in the car, making me a great travel companion. I love to chase balls and am working on my "sit" command. I also enjoy wrestling with my brother. Because I'm young and adaptable, I would likely adjust well to living with a cat. I'm a simple, sweet, and funny puppy just waiting to be part of a family and join you on all your adventures!

Ideal Home

Ongoing Health

I am microchipped and current on my shots. I will be adopted with a neuter contract. My adopter will be financially responsible for my neuter surgery when I reach the appropriate age, as determined by a vet, and proof of this procedure will be required.

Training & Support

I am crate-trained and working on house training. I am learning to "sit" and walk well on a harness.
