Redd

Redd is a sweet, young, male Pit Bull Terrier and Chihuahua mix with a short brown and white coat. He came to us from a kill shelter, so his past is a mystery. While he can be a very affectionate and playful boy, Redd can also be a bit moody. He has a strong aversion to brooms and will react if he sees one moving. To ensure a smooth transition, Redd will need to meet all members of his potential new household, including any other dogs and children, before adoption.

Ideal Home

Redd would thrive in a home that understands his sensitivities. Due to his trigger with brooms, a home without them or one that can keep them out of sight would be ideal. He needs an adopter who is patient and willing to work with him.

Ongoing Health

Redd is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Redd has learned that brooms are a trigger for him and can attack them if he sees them moving. It is highly recommended that he be leashed or crated when company is over, as he is wary of strangers.
