At about 40 pounds, he is the perfect size for neighborhood strolls, couch-adjacent lounging, snack supervision, and making your home feel instantly warmer. Max is house trained, walks beautifully on leash, and settles happily into a routine. He understands the important household rules: walks are wonderful, naps are necessary, and being near his people is the best part of the day.

One of Max's favorite things in the world is other dogs. He loves canine companionship, especially smaller dog friends, and has a happy, relaxed way about him when he has buddies nearby. If your dog has been interviewing for a new best friend, Max would like to submit his application. With people, Max is loving, loyal, and deeply affectionate.
