La Brea

Hi there! I'm La Brea, a sweet Shar Pei and Labrador mix with a heart full of love to give. My previous owner had to find me a new home due to their landlord's rules, but I'm eager to start my next chapter with a loving family.

When we first meet, I might be a little shy, but give me a moment, and I'll warm up to you quickly. Once I get to know you, I can be quite the cuddler! I'm full of energy and absolutely adore playing and running around outside. A little heads-up: I'm curious and might try to explore if a door is left open, so please be mindful of that! I walk nicely on a leash and already know how to sit. I'm great with older children, but it's unknown how I would do with other dogs or cats.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a home that can offer me a lifetime of love and wonderful memories. Because I can be an escape artist, a securely fenced yard or diligent supervision when outdoors would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

I am already spayed and up-to-date on my vaccinations.

Training & Support

I walk well on leash and know the command "sit." I'm still learning to be careful around doors, so consistency in that area will be key. I'm also still figuring out how to interact with other animals, so a slow and careful introduction process would be best.

Transporation
