Harlen is estimated to be around 1.5 years old and is likely a pittie mix weighing in at 69 pounds of wiggles. She's happiest when surrounded by friends, whether they're canine or human. Her favorite thing is how she wiggles with excitement as soon as she sees someone coming her way. Harlen is wonderful with other dogs and adapts beautifully to different play styles. She was playful and confident with younger dogs but could easily overpower them due to her age and size. With calmer dogs, she was respectful, offering kisses and gentle invitations to play.
Ideal Home
Harlen would be happy in either a house with a yard or an apartment with enough exercise. She's adaptable, affectionate, and very connected to her people. A family that enjoys playtime, walks, and laughing at her goofy antics will be a perfect match.

Harlen is located in the Houston area. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
