Kermit the Dog is a handsome brindle boy with sleek lines and tiger stripes, ready to bring fun and laughs into your life! He's an estimated 2 years old and 44 lbs, making him the perfect size for adventures and cozy couch snuggles. Kermit is house-trained, crate-trained, and has excellent house manners, even trusted to free roam in his foster home. He rides well in the car, has a reliable recall, and settles in nicely once he's comfortable in a new environment. Kermit is a true "Velcro boy" who deeply bonds with his people, seeking out affection and snuggles. He responds well to boundaries and clear expectations, making him a well-behaved companion.

Ideal Home

Kermit would thrive in a home that appreciates his energy, sensitivity, and affectionate nature. An adopter who enjoys both active playtime and quiet evenings will be a great fit. He needs a cat-free home, as he shows fear and nervousness around them.

Ongoing Health

Kermit is up-to-date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and has been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Kermit has solid house manners and is already house-trained and crate-trained. He is eager to please and responds well to clear guidance.

Transporation

Kermit is currently in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. For Canadian adopters, pick-up locations are in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
