Brandie

Brandie is a very sweet senior girl with a calm and loving nature. She enjoys being close to her people and soaks up belly rubs whenever she can get them. In the home, she is quiet, well-mannered, and seems to be house-trained. She loves to relax while looking out the window and is content just being near you and observing daily activities. She is gentle, extra affectionate, and happiest in a peaceful environment. She generally does not want to walk far and is easy to handle on leash. She does not pull unless she catches the scent of a deer, so she will need a secure leash and fenced yard.

Ideal Home

Brandie would greatly benefit from a calm, loving foster or foster-to-adopt home where she can recover and feel safe during her treatment. She needs a secure leash and fenced yard due to her wildlife radar.

Ongoing Health

Brandie is a 10-year-old German Shepherd who weighs about 70 pounds. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She will be undergoing eye surgery once she completes her heartworm treatment.

Brandie seems to be house-trained and is well-mannered in the home. She is easy to handle on leash.
