Princess

Meet Princess! She's a sweet, gentle, and loving senior girl who is ready to enjoy her golden years in a forever home. Princess bonds quickly with her person but is also happy to soak up attention from anyone nearby, especially if it comes with snuggles or kisses. She enjoys basking in the sun, short and slow walks with plenty of sniff breaks, cozy naps on soft beds (or the couch with a little boost!), and quiet car rides.

Ideal Home

Princess would thrive in a calm, loving home where she can be the center of attention. She's sensitive, affectionate, and adores human companionship. She has shown she can live peacefully with cats after a slow introduction, but much prefers to be the only pup in the home so she can soak up all the affection without competition.

Ongoing Health

Princess has some arthritis that slows her down, but she doesn't let it keep her from enjoying life.

Training & Support

Princess doesn't pull on leash, responds when asked to wait, and knows how to give paw for a treat. She's also learning hand signals as her hearing isn't what it used to be. With gentle guidance and lots of praise, she blossoms – she just wants to please and be loved.
