Toby (20230422-03)

Toby is a sweet, loving 4-year-old husky/hound mix who weighs 61 lbs. He's a tri-color boy with a tail that wags his whole body and a smile that could light up a room! Toby absolutely loves his toys, meeting new dog friends, going on long adventure hikes, and napping in a sunny spot. He also enjoys having company, keeping an eye out for squirrels, playing with enrichment puzzles, and savoring yak cheese chews. Toby thrives on attention and loves to snuggle on the couch for a movie night, complete with a cozy blanket. He's a very affectionate boy who's always eager to be by your side, showering you with kisses.

Ideal Home

Toby needs a home with a yard where he can explore and play. He would do well with older children and would enjoy having another dog to play with, especially a female dog. He is not suited for apartment living and should not be in a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Toby is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He doesn't like his rear paws being touched.

Training & Support

Toby is house-trained and crate-trained. He walks well on a leash and is not reactive to people or other dogs. He rides well in the car. Toby can be destructive if he is bored, so providing him with plenty of enrichment and exercise will be key to his happiness.
