Ruby

Ruby is a 5-year-and-9-month-old female Husky mix who is a force of nature, filled with floof and fierce loyalty. She's looking for a special person to be her one and only. Ruby would prefer to be the sole canine companion in her home, as she doesn't like to share the spotlight. She has her moods and may grump or growl if she's not comfortable, but she's a smart girl who responds well to clear communication and respecting her space. When you earn her affection, she's a devoted and ride-or-die companion. Her ideal day involves a couple of good walks, a satisfying chew or snack, and then settling in for a nap with her person, on her terms, of course.

Ideal Home

Ruby would thrive in a home where she can be the queen of the couch and the keeper of your heart. She needs an owner who understands her moods and can give her space when needed and affection when she wants it. She is not a good fit for homes with other dogs.
