Oreo

Meet Oreo! This sweet 7-year-old lady is a true survivor, originally found at a high-kill shelter in Houston. Despite her unknown past, it's clear she was once loved, as she's incredibly healthy and well-trained. She was rescued just moments before her scheduled euthanasia, and we're so glad she's with us now!

Oreo is the ultimate co-pilot, loving car rides and any adventure that comes her way. She's potty-trained and walks beautifully on a leash, striking a perfect balance between playful and relaxed. She enjoys zooming around the yard but is just as happy lounging nearby, soaking up your company. Her gentle and loving nature is evident in everything she does, especially when she flops over for belly rubs!

Ideal Home

Oreo would thrive in a variety of homes. She currently lives with dogs and cats and gets along well with them, though she prefers calm companions and isn't a fan of overly energetic dogs. Her ideal evening involves a relaxed walk followed by curling up on the couch for quality downtime with her person.

Ongoing Health

Oreo is a healthy, middle-aged gal. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, on prevention, and heartworm negative.

Oreo is well-trained and potty-trained. She walks beautifully on a leash.
