Adele

Adele is a sweet and snuggly Beagle/Chihuahua mix who is about 10 months old. She came to us as a surrender with a very special medical need: she was born without an anus. Thanks to our incredible veterinary team, she underwent surgery to create one, and she's healing wonderfully. While the surgery was a success, she does experience some leakage due to lack of muscle tone and wears diapers, which she looks absolutely adorable in, especially her little onesies! Adele is good with other dogs and is doing well with diaper changes.

Ideal Home

Adele would thrive in a home that can provide her with the ongoing care and attention she needs. Her perfect home will be patient and loving, understanding of her medical needs and happy to manage diaper changes.

Ongoing Health

Adele has undergone surgery to create an anus, and while it's healing well, she does have some leakage due to lack of muscle tone. She currently wears diapers to manage this, and this will likely be an ongoing need.

Training & Support

Adele is described as good with diaper changes, indicating she's adaptable to this care. She is also good with other dogs.
