Ideal Home
Timber would thrive in a calm, lower-energy environment. She prefers easygoing dog friends and would do well as an only pet or with a companion who matches her calm energy. She's also been great with children and has shown a balance of curiosity and respect around cats, making her a good candidate for a home with a dog-savvy or independent cat.
Ongoing Health
Timber is spayed and up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also tested negative for heartworm.
Training & Support
Timber is house-trained and crate-trained. She is responsive on leash and takes direction well. She is not easily rattled and takes new environments in stride. She has shown herself to be thoughtful and not reactive, displaying emotional steadiness.

Timber is currently located in Texas. Transportation is available nationwide through our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
