Celeste

Meet Celeste, a sweet 1-year-old female Chihuahua who is a true survivor! She came to us from a difficult hoarding situation with 50 other dogs, but she's been making amazing progress every single day. Celeste weighs around 8 lbs and can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, she transforms into the most affectionate lap dog. She absolutely adores being by her human's side, or even better, on their laps, soaking up all the love and attention. Her adorable little face and charming "smile" are sure to bring joy to her forever family!

Ideal Home

Celeste would thrive in a calm, patient household where she can continue to gain confidence. Because she can be startled by sudden movements and loud noises, a home without small children would be the best fit for her. She also takes comfort from other dogs and would do best in a home with at least one canine sibling to show her the ropes.

Ongoing Health

Celeste is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Celeste is still learning to explore on her own and is gaining confidence daily. While she is working on her independence, other dogs are a constant source of comfort for her.
