About Liberty

Meet Liberty!

True to her name, Liberty is ready for a fresh start with a family to call her own. At just one year old, she's the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and the loyal, loving personality Mastiffs are known for. Liberty enjoys a predictable routine. She starts her mornings with a walk or a good play session, then happily spends much of the day relaxing. In the evening, she's ready for another round of fun with her canine friends before settling in for the night. If you're looking for a dog who loves both adventure and naps, Liberty fits the bill perfectly! She's doing wonderfully in her foster home. Liberty sleeps quietly in her crate at bedtime (especially when there's a treat waiting!) and has earned the trust to stay loose in the house for short periods without getting into trouble. She already knows sit, lay down, and no, and she's starting obedience training soon. Liberty gets along well with other dogs, including her foster's 45-pound companion and the neighborhood pup she greets through the fence each day. She's also been gentle and tolerant around her foster's 8-month-old grandbaby. Cats are still an unknown. Like many Mastiffs, Liberty is happiest when she's close to her people. She'll happily shadow you from room to room, keeping you company wherever the day takes you. She's also shown herself to be a confident girl who isn't bothered by thunderstorms. If you're looking for a loyal best friend with a playful spirit, a loving heart, and the classic "Velcro Mastiff" personality, Liberty is ready to bring joy, laughter, and unconditional love to your home.
