I'm Joy! I'm a 1-year-old, 44-pound female Black Lab/Pit Bull Terrier mix. My brother George and I were found wandering in a park, looking for some friendly faces. We were so happy to greet everyone we met, and that's how I ended up with my name – because I'm pure joy! I love to be involved in whatever my people are doing, and I'm happy to cuddle on the couch after a fun day of adventures. I'm house-trained, crate-trained, and a great car rider. I also get along well with dogs and cats, and I absolutely adore children and people. I thrive on attention and companionship, and I love resting my head on my foster's lap to know I'm being a good girl.

Ideal Home

I would love a family that enjoys life's simple pleasures, like camping trips, hiking, neighborhood walks, or visits to outdoor cafes. I'm social, friendly, and always ready for the next adventure!

I am spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all my shots.

Training & Support

I'm a well-behaved girl and mind very well. I'm doing okay on leash and would love to continue practicing my skills.
