Hi, my name is Ned! I'm a handsome boy with a beautiful coat that appears black but shines a rich brown in the sun, and I have adorable white tips on my toes. My face might look a little grumpy, but I promise I'm a happy and loving pup! I arrived in Minnesota from New Mexico with my siblings, Dusty and Lucky, as part of "The Three Amigos." I'm already potty trained and trustworthy enough to be left out of my kennel when you're away. At night, I love to sleep right next to my foster mom! I've mastered "sit," "off," "come," and "wait," and I'm working hard on "down" and "stay." I think training classes would be a super fun bonding experience for us!
My favorite activities include chasing anything that rolls, playing tug-of-war with unstuffed toys, and going on treasure hunts for treats. I do have a tendency to be a counter surfer, but I'm learning "off" and getting better! When it comes to snuggling, I'm a world-class champion – any time, any place, I'm your guy! My bark might be a little surprising, as it doesn't sound like a big tough pittie; it's more of a high-pitched squeak when I'm scared, but that doesn't happen too often. I absolutely love to wrestle and play with dogs of all sizes. My foster mom calls me "Jaws" because I playfully show off my teeth and gums when I wrestle, trying to look bigger and tougher! Another nickname I have is "Snuffles" because I eat my meals from a snuffle mat to slow down my eating and drinking.
I get along great with my foster siblings, and I'm friendly with my 10-year-old human foster sister and her friends. I do bark and jump a little when meeting new people, but I'm eager to show everyone I'm a good boy. I haven't met a cat yet, but I'd likely want to say hello!
Ideal Home
I would thrive in a home with another dog to provide companionship, comfort, and play. I'm not suited to be an only dog as I rely on my canine friends for support.

Training & Support
I am a world-class snuggler and love to be on the sofa and in bed. I'm working on my "down" and "stay" commands and would love to continue training with you. I am still learning not to counter surf, but I am getting better with guidance.
