Thor Goodwin is a approximately 2-year-old, 29 lb bundle of joy who we believe is a Boston Terrier mix. He's a happy-go-lucky goofball whose personality is impossible to put into words until you meet him! Thor makes every day brighter with his enthusiasm, whether he's playing fetch, showing off his favorite toy, or greeting you with a goofy grin and wagging tail. He truly believes every day is the best day ever and brings laughter and personality wherever he goes.
Ideal Home
Thor would thrive in a family that appreciates his playful yet not overwhelming nature, and his affectionate but not clingy companionship. He has seamlessly integrated into a foster home with a 3-year-old and a 13-year-old, forming a special bond with the older child. He would make an incredible family dog. He also coexists peacefully with an older male Pug in his foster home.

Training & Support
Thor is eager to please and is already reliably sitting. He is highly motivated by treats, making training fun and rewarding. While he has been a wonderful guest in his foster home, he sometimes jumps up when excited to see people and can be a little mouthy with adults and older children when playful. He is incredibly gentle with the 3-year-old in his foster home. With continued consistency and positive reinforcement, he will mature into an exceptional companion. He relaxes comfortably in the laundry room when left alone and has not had accidents indoors.

Transportation
Thor is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
