Solstice

Solstice is a sweet, shy girl who had a rough start to life. She arrived in our care with eight puppies and was heartworm positive. She's now on the road to recovery, and her puppies have found their forever homes. Solstice is quiet but full of love, and though she's initially shy around new people, she quickly warms up and is eager to make friends with humans and most dogs. However, cats make her nervous, so a home without feline companions would be ideal. With a gentle hand and patience, Solstice will blossom into the amazing dog she's meant to be.

Ideal Home

A quieter home with a steady schedule would be best for Solstice, though she enjoys some playful moments once she's comfortable. She's not a fan of cats.

Ongoing Health

Solstice is recovering from heartworm treatment. The adoption fee covers spay/neuter, microchip, and current vaccines.

Training & Support

Solstice is shy with new people and needs a patient adopter to help her gain confidence.
