Tucker Teddy is a truly special boy who is as handsome as he is sweet! With his angelic eyes, perpetually puppy-like face, and an adorable little lip curl, he's dangerously cute. Tucker Teddy is a approximately 1-year-old Lab mix, weighing about 58 lbs, with big paws that suggest he might grow a bit more. He's a rescue, so we can't guarantee breed or age, but we can guarantee he's a loving companion! Tucker Teddy offers a perfect balance of affection. He's not overly demanding but enjoys leaning in for pets, curling up beside you, and quietly following you, offering just enough connection to make you feel loved. He shows affection in a calm, genuine way that is comforting. He loves to be part of your life without needing to be the center of attention.
Ideal Home
Tucker Teddy would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can play and explore. He's doing well with children and appears to be gentle and respectful, but he would likely do best in a home without excessive chaos. He's gaining confidence and would benefit from a home that allows him to settle in at his own pace while gently exposing him to new experiences.
Ongoing Health
Tucker Teddy is a rescue and has received all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He is microchipped and has a health certificate for travel.
Training & Support
Tucker Teddy is still building confidence and learning about the world. He can be a little hesitant with new or loud things, like the vacuum, but he's not shut down. He has great social skills with other dogs and enjoys playful energy. He met a cat appropriately and was respectful. We believe he would benefit from the companionship of another confident dog to help him continue to grow. Our on-site trainers have worked with him on behavior modification as needed, and his foster is able to attend training and socialization groups.

We offer nationwide transport services, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
