Meet SharShar! This almost 2-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei mix is a confident, beautiful spirit with the fluffiest coat and a truly sweet, soulful nature. He enjoys playing with his foster siblings and naturally steps into a leadership role within the pack. He likes to believe he is in charge, and he does a wonderful job, always making sure everyone comes back inside when it's time. His foster, who has experience with Shar-Peis, says he is hands down the most enjoyable she has ever had! SharShar knows basic commands, is house-trained, neutered, and up to date on all vaccines. He will even ring a bell to let you know when he needs to go outside.

Ideal Home

SharShar is fascinated by children and does well with other dogs. His forever home must include at least one other pup, as he truly thrives with a canine companion. He enjoys being free-range in the home.

Ongoing Health

SharShar needs eye gel applied every two days due to his eyelashes touching his eyes, which is a simple and manageable routine.

Training & Support

SharShar does take time to warm up to new people and trust is not something he gives away easily, but once you earn it, you gain one of the most loyal and devoted companions you could ask for. He forms deep bonds and loves his people wholeheartedly. He is more vocal than some dogs, but his baritone commentary is part of his charm. Leash walking will require continued work.
