Linus

Hello, my name is Linus! I'm a playful and affectionate boy who loves spending time with my humans. My current mom works the second shift, so I've gotten used to spending a good amount of time outdoors. When she gets home, I love getting a treat and then settling in for the night, often sleeping on the bed. My day starts around 9:00 a.m. with breakfast, followed by a walk at 11:00 a.m. I absolutely love walks, but you'll need to keep a good grip on the leash as I can be strong and tend to pull when I see other animals. After our walks, I enjoy resting, but I'm always ready for more outdoor fun. Before my mom leaves for work at 2:00 p.m., we often sit together and watch a little TV.

Ideal Home

I would thrive in a home with a fenced-in yard and a doggie door so I can easily go outside. I'm also hoping for a canine sibling to play with, as I really enjoy having a friend to romp around with. While I love kids, I'm not much of a cuddler, though I will offer a sweet doggie kiss now and then.

Ongoing Health

I am currently healthy and have no known health concerns.

Training & Support

I could use some work on not pulling so hard on the leash during walks and learning to resist the urge to chase other animals when we're out. I tend to bark at neighbor dogs, but they don't seem interested in playing with me.
